From the moment we met, you assured me that you would be with me every moment of this search and process of buying a condo. I had limited time in Florida to look at what was on the market and restricted hours of viewing due to my contracted work schedule. You went out of your way to accommodate me every night. I still cannot believe we actually visited over 24 homes for sale in 3 nights. Your scheduling and time efficiency were amazing…especially when some of the sellers made it difficult.
The fact that once I set sights on the condo I wanted, you made every effort to ensure that every question was answered and every possible contact needed was provided. You even got the Seller’s agent to show up 3 days in a row, with little warning to give me another look at the place. Your relationship with me was and is stellar, but your relationship with all the others involved was incredibly impressive. Everyone you recommended (lender, insurance, inspector, contractor…) has worked out perfectly. Your knack with people and your ability to connect and make a pressure riddled process feel safe and trusted is what makes you so great in your work.
My being from Boston make trust a hard thing for someone to earn in such a short time. However, my trust in you is undeniable. And you certainly have earned it. I feel very good about my new Florida home and also feel that I have met a friend in you. I will be reaching out from time-to-time and certainly be leaning on your advice as a local with knowledge of the area.
